Job Title: Automotive Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Representative to join our team at Cooper Auto Group. As a Service Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and engagement while receiving payment for maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify the accuracy of service bills and costs
  • Calculate and process customer invoices using dealership software
  • Ensure accurate application of manufacturer and third-party warranties
  • Process customer payments and record transactions on repair orders
  • Communicate customer concerns, questions, and needs to the service team
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure complete satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Ability to work well with customers and maintain a friendly, helpful attitude
