Position Overview:
We are in search of a proactive Engineer with a strong background in design and coordination specifically for electrical substations.
Become a vital part of our team and engage in stimulating substation projects that span from 4kV to 345kV.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay informed about advancements in technology and design practices within Electric Distribution.
  • Act as a representative for our company and clients during stakeholder meetings.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure prompt responses.
  • Adhere to client standards while developing comprehensive engineering plans.
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion, including scoping and execution.
  • Interpret relevant codes and standards to guarantee compliance.
  • Coordinate tasks, conduct research, and uphold project documentation.
  • Foster professional relationships with clients and ensure the quality of project outputs.
  • Address engineering challenges and provide guidance to team members.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification in Texas.
  • Proficient in project management tools, spreadsheet software, and word processing applications.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to hear and see well, and the capacity to sit, stand, walk, and utilize hands and arms.
