Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop software in an agile setting, leveraging DevOps for environment setup, automated builds, continuous deployment, and testing.
  • Play a pivotal role in implementing enterprise services and APIs under the guidance of architectural and engineering leadership.
  • Deliver rapid, scalable, and high-quality solutions that align with business needs, including unit test code and automated testing scripts as part of the development process.
  • Work closely with engineers, vendor partners, and business stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet organizational and customer requirements.
  • Adhere to industry-standard agile software design methodologies while embracing new technologies and processes.
  • Maintain and enhance existing integration assets and systems, evolving processes necessary for the maturation of integration development and operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 7+ years in software development, focusing on application interfaces across various data sources. At least 1 year of experience with DevOps.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Java development, particularly with the Spring Framework, and experienced with tools like Eclipse, Maven, and Gradle. Strong background in developing APIs and working with relational and non-relational databases.
  • Agile Methodology: Extensive experience in agile frameworks, with strong collaboration skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and relationships between technologies and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with REST, JSON, or SOAP web interfaces.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and tools such as Jenkins, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and deployment automation products.
