Enterprise Management Trainee Internship

As a Management Intern at Enterprise Holdings, you'll embark on a dynamic and challenging journey that will equip you with valuable business and leadership skills. This internship is designed to provide university/college students with real-world professional experience, setting you apart from the crowd and making your resume stand out.
From day one, you'll be immersed in a team-based environment where you'll work alongside peers to develop highly marketable skills in management. You'll take on the same challenges as our first and second-year full-time professionals, gaining hands-on experience and building a strong foundation for your future career.
This is a part-time paid internship with a competitive hourly rate. You'll have the opportunity to work a 20-25 hour work week, allowing you to balance your academic responsibilities with your professional development.
As a Management Intern, you'll be based at one of our offices in the Northampton/Greenfield/Amherst, MA area. Our flagship branch is located in Northampton, MA, where you'll have the chance to develop your skills and make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
As a Management Intern, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks that will challenge and engage you. You'll work on intern projects, engage in friendly competition with your peers, and have the opportunity to develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
During your internship, you'll have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as fleet management, customer service, and marketing. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be a Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university with an anticipated graduation date of May 2025
- Must have experience in any of the following areas: customer service, sales, leadership, or athletics at a collegiate level or above
- Must have a valid unrestricted driver's license for at least one year with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years
- No drug or alcohol-related incident on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be willing to accept the pay of $17.50/hour
- Must be able to make a 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in early January 2025
