Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including competitive research, business model analysis, and product packaging and distribution.
  • Partner with the Product team to create and execute product launch plans, including release notes and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Sales Ops teams to enable sales teams and channel organizations to win through effective sales enablement tools and initiatives.
  • Conduct competitive market studies to inform features, pricing, and packaging, and work with the Sales team to create an actionable plan for the Sales team to execute.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry news and events, industry analyst reports, and social activity, and leverage this information to educate key constituents and drive awareness and demand generation.

Requirements

  • BA in marketing, business, or software engineering, or equivalent work experience; Masters a plus.
  • 3+ years' experience in B2B, SaaS product marketing, as a marketing professional or product manager.
  • Rail and/or transportation industry experience a plus.
  • Advanced understanding in SaaS and Cloud business models.
  • Understanding product development and ecosystems.
  • Ability to quickly grasp an understanding of product features and benefits demonstrated through the ability to competently communicate verbally at a conversational level.
  • The ability to take data/information and tell a compelling visual story.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
  • An ability to perform under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with SalesForce.
  • Experience sourcing and managing 3rd party agencies and contractors to develop collateral and other key product marketing deliverables.
