Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales, grow the business, and boost customer retention through creative, data-driven marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and direct multiple marketing strategies to drive sales and grow the business
  • Research and identify new marketing trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the competition
  • Prepare and manage financial documents for ad campaigns, including budgets and contracts
  • Negotiate with ad agencies, marketing teams, editors, and writers to optimize campaigns
  • Develop strategies to attract and convert new customers and improve customer retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for print and digital media
  • Provide marketing support to local branches and sales reps for residential and commercial campaigns
  • Partner with the Media Planner to secure media buying opportunities
  • Communicate monthly promotions to branches and sales reps
  • Monitor monthly NPS scores, expenses, and tasks using project management tools
  • Manage ongoing campaigns across TV, radio, print, and digital platforms
  • Assist with monitoring social media for customer and employee engagement
  • Coordinate trade shows, community events, and internal marketing activities
  • Help develop and execute monthly email marketing strategies
  • Stay updated on competitors' campaigns and industry trends
Requirements
  • Dedication and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • Passion for helping and solving problems, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with excellent writing and email etiquette
  • Comfortable with Excel, pivot tables, and good understanding of analytics
  • Must be hardworking and have the ability to take direction and feedback
  • Curious and comfortable asking questions, detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable working within tight deadlines and managing multiple brands
  • Ability to maintain high-quality standards with minimal supervision
  • Creative and innovative with excellent research and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a service industry
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, Google Data Studio, and Air table preferred
  • Knowledge of finance and expense management
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
