  • Cafe Maintenance: Maintain the Grab & Go Case, coffee station, soup station, and bakery case, ensuring they are fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Sanitation and Cleaning: Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness, including the cleaning of all stations, tables, counters, utensils, oven, floors, and trash.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Cafe Department Head to maintain accurate and up-to-date product signage throughout the department.
Requirements
  • Physical Capabilities: Possess full sense range, including vision, hearing, and sense of smell, to read product labels, distinguish color, and smell for quality control.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Frequently lift, grip, and carry objects up to 50-75 pounds, including boxes, cans, tools, and other products.
  • Mobility: Stand for prolonged periods, walk short distances, and stoop, squat, and kneel to pick up boxes from shelving and carts.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, movement-based environment with a majority of time spent standing and walking rather than sitting.
  • Climate: Ability to work in cold environments, including the cooler, freezer, and back stock area, and handle cold products for extended periods.
