Responsibilities- Assist the Front Desk Manager and Assistant Front Desk Manager in managing the front desk operations
- Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay
- Maximize room revenue and occupancy through effective room sales and upselling techniques
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- At least 1-2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous supervisory responsibility helpful
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent guest service skills
