Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor is a key member of the hotel team, responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Front Desk Manager and Assistant Front Desk Manager in managing the front desk operations
  • Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy through effective room sales and upselling techniques
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous supervisory responsibility helpful
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent guest service skills
