We are seeking an experienced Sr. Roadway/Highway Engineer to join our transportation team in Columbus, OH.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead the design of roads, highways, intersections, and transit structures, working closely with owners, contractors, and sub-consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide innovative solutions for transportation projects

">

- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders

">

- Supervise complex engineering computations and analyses

">

- Complete project assignments, including drawings, specifications, and materials

">

- Manage small to mid-level projects, tracking hours and expenses

">

- Utilize technical writing and design software (e.g., MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS)

">

Requirements:

">

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field

">

- 10+ years of experience in civil engineering and design

">

- Working knowledge of relevant laws, codes, and regulations

">

- Strong project management skills and technical expertise

">

Compensation:

">

Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
