We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at IntelyCare. With our flexible scheduling model, you will have control over your schedule, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care in post-acute facilities, such as SNFs and ALFs
- Administer individualized treatments and medications to residents
- Develop care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams
- Set up medical equipment and monitor their use
- Go over care options with residents and family members
- Meet and consult with physicians and other healthcare staff as needed
- Draw blood, urine, and other fluid samples for lab work
- Ensure nursing standards and facility policies are met
- Accurately document interventions and medical condition histories
- Help with investigations into incidents, ensuring they're reported accurately
- Train nursing staff and supervise them
- Current Maryland state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Completion of an approved nursing program
- Experience in either post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Competitive hourly pay rate: $49-$60
