Job Description
MTTI is seeking a full-time day instructor for our HVAC/R program.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HVAC/R technician with a minimum of 5 years experience in the field. If you are passionate about the trade and enjoy teaching others, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

As an instructor, you will be part of a team that is helping people change their lives. MTTI is located in Seekonk, MA and East Providence, RI and has established an excellent reputation over the last 30 years with employers, students and the community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R and be able to effectively communicate complex concepts to students. Teaching experience is not required; we will train you to teach.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience as an HVAC/R technician
Organized, motivated, honest, and passionate about the field.
