Job Summary

Kwik Trip is seeking a highly skilled Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for assisting the location Manager and Assistant Manager in the operations of the store, helping in the development of new employees, and managing product storage, maintenance, and rotation activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the location Manager and Assistant Manager in the operations of the store
  • Help in the development of new employees
  • Account for all shift and daily transactions
  • Be responsible for all cash and inventories in the absence of the Assistant Manager and Store Manager
  • Manage product storage, maintenance, and rotation activities to avoid any damage or spoilage
  • Maintain the store in accordance with maintenance policies
Requirements

To be successful as a Shift Leader at Kwik Trip, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
