We are seeking a talented Mechanical Design and Project Management Expert to join our team at Delectus, LLC. This is a full-time position based in Seattle, WA, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 remote.

Job Description

This role involves the application of all conventional aspects of HVAC and plumbing design engineering, as well as supervision of multi-discipline teams of engineers and designers. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in engineering design and project management, with a focus on higher education, ports, and energy projects.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and be a Registered Professional Engineer (PE License). You should also have experience with all aspects of HVAC and plumbing design, as well as design-build projects. Additionally, you should be comfortable presenting complex engineering concepts to clients, industry partners, and other staff.

Preferred Skills

LEED Accreditation is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

The salary for this position is $124,800-$183,040 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision plans, employer-paid group life insurance, and supplemental insurance plans. You will also be eligible for tuition & training assistance and a 401(k) program with immediate vesting and an employer match of 100%, not exceeding 4% of employee compensation.
