Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Hire Talent. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for the fabrication of commercial aluminum doors and frames using industrial saws, CNC machines, and MIG welders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and cut aluminum extrusions for fabrication
  • Assemble cut aluminum and hardware into doors and frames
  • Inspect incoming materials and maintain a clean and organized work area
Essential Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in fabrication or construction
  • Ability to use power tools, including electrical, hydraulic, and air-powered industrial machines
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
  • Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with CNC machines and MIG welders
Work Environment

This is a full-time position in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
