**Join Our Team as a Mechanical Assembly Specialist**
**Position Overview**
We are currently seeking skilled Mechanical Assembly Specialists to become a vital part of our production team. In this role, you will be engaged in the intricate process of assembling complex systems from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include interpreting schematic diagrams to assemble electronic components onto metal substrates, routing wires according to precise specifications, and employing a variety of tools such as drills, hand tools, and multimeters.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assemble electronic components on metal backplates based on line diagrams.
- Execute wire routing following detailed instructions.
- Utilize hand-held tools, cordless drills, pneumatic crimpers, and multimeters effectively.
- Perform tasks such as crimping and stripping wires while ensuring the quality and precision of your work.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong mechanical aptitude.
+ Ability to accurately read and interpret line diagrams.
+ Proficient in the use of various hand-held tools and equipment.
**Personal Attributes**
+ Exceptional attention to detail.
**Work Schedule & Compensation**
+ Monday to Friday: 7 AM - 3:30 PM.
+ Competitive starting pay of $22 - $23 per hour.
