We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Sourcecode Inc. as a Therapist.
**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions, consistent with best practices, provider protocols, and governing standards, to address patients' needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care, adhering to standards of practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to convey relevant information and maintain professional relationships within the facility and referral agencies.
**Requirements:**
• Valid license or provisional permit to practice speech therapy in the state of Idaho.
• Current CPR/first responder certification.
