Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the upkeep of the building(s), equipment, and utilities, ensuring optimal conditions for a secure and comfortable environment.
- Ensure that the facility grounds are maintained in accordance with established policies and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to facilitate efficient operations across the center.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential maintenance issues before they escalate.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to support maintenance operations.
Essential Duties:
- Participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and workflow.
- Handle management responsibilities including hiring, training, and supervising maintenance staff.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on equipment and facilities.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Remain available for facility emergencies and address work order requests promptly.
Physical and Sensory Requirements:
- Engage in both indoor and outdoor work, requiring moderate physical activity.
- Lift and move heavy objects as necessary, with the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, along with relevant experience.
- A minimum of three years in a related field is preferred.
- Management or supervisory experience is necessary.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
