The Food Runner is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to members and guests by anticipating their needs and providing prompt, professional service. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist servers with menu presentation, answer questions, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
  • Prepare baskets with condiments and sides prior to serving.
  • Verify accuracy of orders from the kitchen, ensure all condiments are present, and serve to members/guests.
  • Address members/guests by name and anticipate their needs.
  • Monitor supplies, maintain stock, and keep kitchen/caf areas clean and organized.
  • Collaborate with servers to maintain a clean and orderly service area.
  • Collect and maintain baskets throughout the shift.
  • Maintain a full hands-out, full hands-in perspective.
  • Monitor kitchen times and relay information to servers/management.
  • Stay up-to-date on menu items, alcoholic beverages, specials, and 86'd items.
  • Complete daily/weekly checklists and monitor supplies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
