Overview:

Position Details:
The Licensed Nurse Aide will operate under the supervision of Registered Nurses, providing both direct and indirect care to patients and residents. Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing.
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in patients' and residents' conditions, as well as addressing any concerns from patients or their families to the charge nurse or supervisor.
  • Engaging in the care planning process to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
