Job Title: Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is a key leadership role responsible for directing and supervising the staff and day-to-day operations in the Cincinnati, OH location. This position ensures the delivery of quality services to all clients, while maintaining compliance with various regulations, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead with empathy, vulnerability, and honesty to foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Supervise and direct the service and performance of staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, providing recommendations for promotion and salary adjustment as appropriate.
  • Organize and administer all services and office operations, ensuring compliance with state/federal/local and company guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, adjusting strategies to meet Company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Area Leader to set performance standards, aligning with financial and operational goals.
Requirements:
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Education and Experience:
  • Associate degree or equivalent industry experience required, with a minimum of three years of experience in social service administration or in provision of in-home services to the elderly and/or disabled.
  • Strong working knowledge of all program rules, procedures, and standard company rules and procedures.
  • Previous experience in management, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
