Key Responsibilities- Assist teachers in creating a safe and engaging learning environment for preschool students.
- Support students with their academic and personal needs, promoting social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Participate in lesson planning and implementation, contributing to the development of curriculum and instructional materials.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and preparing materials, as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must have or be willing to obtain 40 hours of state training, CPR/First Aid, and pass a background check.
- Must have a love of small children and be able to lift 50+ pounds.
- The ability to pass a level 2 background screening is required.
