The Product Compliance Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring that our Personal Lines and Commercial Lines policy documents are precise, compliant, and effectively produced. This position collaborates closely with various departments including Actuarial, Underwriting, Marketing, Commercial, and Claims to create policy forms, product manuals, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance the company's insurance products, including forms and manuals, to maintain competitiveness.
  • Prepare and submit filings to the Department of Insurance (DOI) and Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) for approval.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Interpret insurance forms and regulations, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Regularly review existing forms and manuals for effectiveness.
  • Research external sources for accurate competitive analysis regarding rates and coverage.
  • Analyze market trends to inform product strategy.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure accuracy of form modifications.
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Adhere to established processes and quality control measures.
  • Perform audits as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S) and a minimum of three years of experience in the Property Casualty or Commercial Lines sector.
  • Proficiency with I-File and SERFF.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in analyzing insurance forms and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Outlook.
