Job Description: The Early Childhood Education Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administration of early childhood education programs in Coos and Curry Counties. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, and supervising program staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for early childhood education programs.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Supervise program staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other community organizations and agencies to promote early childhood education and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
