**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager II to join our team in the South Florida region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of installation work at customer locations/job sites to ensure that field crews and/or technicians complete assigned tasks safely and to our standards of quality and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage installation work at customer locations/job sites to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Oversee and manage subcontractors/vendors to ensure they meet or exceed our standards for safety and quality.
  • Develop and implement project schedules and track daily progress with customers and senior management.
  • Conduct site surveys and scope/quote projects to ensure accurate estimates and project timelines.
  • Manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project success.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in installing and managing Distributed Antenna System (DAS) and Public Safety installations.
  • Ability to read blueprints and Visio/iBwave drawings.
  • Experience creating project schedules and tracking/communicating daily progress with customers and senior management.
  • Hands-on experience with PIM/RL Sweep testing, including knowledge to read sweeps and manage test results.
  • Strong understanding of fiber optics construction, splicing, and OTDR, as well as signal generator and similar test equipment.
