The Warehouse Team Leader role at Quality Aluminum Acquisition LLC is a critical position that requires a strong leader to train, validate processes, and empower employees to reach their fullest potential. The ideal candidate will provide direction on assigned stations/areas to support production of quality parts in a safe manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead training of new hires and support ongoing training for team members by following our validation process of train, show, do, and review.
Determine incoming/shipments of parts based on production/shipping schedule.
Ensure team members are completing standard work safely and accurately in alignment with KPIs.
Communicate and apply safety and security procedures and encourage a culture of reporting potentially unsafe conditions and behaviors.
Requirements:
High school education with one to two years of related leadership experience or relevant training.
Ability to read, write, and speak basic English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
Strong curiosity to learn and develop in our business.

Customer Focus: Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
Integrity and Trust: Widely trusted, direct, and truthful individual who can present the unvarnished truth in an appropriate and helpful manner.
