Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments to patients. This includes working closely with dialysis technicians, evaluating lab results, and providing education to patients on their treatment options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments to patients
  • Collaborate with dialysis technicians to ensure smooth treatment delivery
  • Evaluate patient lab results and provide education on treatment options
  • Ensure dialysis machines and equipment are in good working order
  • Provide direct patient care to patients aged 18 and older
Requirements
  • At least one year of hemodialysis experience preferred
  • NJ State license to practice nursing
  • Certification through the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC)
  • Proven experience working as a dialysis nurse
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • Advanced Cardio Life Support (ACLS) from American Red Cross or American Heart Association within two months of hire
  • Ability to operate dialysis machines
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and observation skills
