Job DescriptionJob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care North America. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to individuals with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in an inpatient dialysis setting
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal clinical outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the United States
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in nephrology nursing or a related field
  • Acute dialysis experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
