Job Summary

Blood Assurance is seeking a compassionate and dependable Donor Care Specialist to join our team at our Dalton Facility. As a Donor Care Specialist, you will be responsible for interviewing donors for suitability to donate, performing mini physicals, and phlebotomy. If you possess a high school degree or equivalent, a phlebotomy certificate and/or prior phlebotomy experience, strong customer service skills with attention to detail, a positive, caring attitude, and scheduling flexibility for a variety of shifts and some overtime, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Interview donors for suitability to donate
  • Perform mini physicals
  • Phlebotomy
  • Provide excellent customer service to donors
  • Work effectively in a team environment
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy certificate and/or prior phlebotomy experience
