Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Equipment Reimbursement Specialist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement for medical equipment services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process medical equipment claims for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with payers and providers to resolve reimbursement issues
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve revenue cycle processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in medical billing and/or accounts receivable preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
