    • Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities to increase business and implement plans to achieve growth.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Team Development
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and experience for all clients.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Current cosmetology or barber license.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a salon management role.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling and inventory management.
  • Physical Requirements
    • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
    • Good eyesight and ability to observe client hair.
