Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II to join our team at Marshalls. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for role-modeling excellent customer experience practices and embodying a positive store culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
- Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and count change back to the customer
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be familiar with basic math concepts and have the ability to operate a cash register.
