Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Apple Dental Associates, Inc. d/b/a Lycomiong Dental. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, insurance companies, and our dental team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Verify insurance coverage, calculate and collect patient co-pays, and submit claims to insurance companies
  • Present treatment plans and facilitate financial arrangements with patients
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the efficient operation of our front desk

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Dependable and efficient in time management
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced office environment
  • Proficient with computers and able to learn new software quickly

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience
