About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technician to join our team at Guthrie Clinic. As a Surgical Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures, working closely with our surgical team to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures
  • Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
  • Ensure aseptic technique and maintain a clean and safe operating room environment
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program or equivalent experience
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
