Job Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the site, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Take ownership of month-end and year-end close, meeting all deadlines.
    • Analyze variances, drivers, and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Financial Controls
    • Maintain compliance with the Kingspan Group Accounting Manual.
    • Assist in reducing slow-moving inventory, improving accuracy, and driving efficiency.
    • Develop and enforce business processes to maintain a strong control environment.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Collaborate with management to drive improvements in overtime, overhead, labor, production efficiencies, scrap, waste, and purchase price variance.
    • Ensure adequate skills and headcount in the site finance function.
    • Work with the Head of Plant Controlling to formulate project plans and budgets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting in an accounting or finance leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of finance, accounting, payroll, and HR software capabilities, including XA ERP, AS400, Ceridian payroll, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Power BI.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
