**Job Summary**

As a Senior Procurement Strategist at Exyte Group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective procurement strategies that align with the company's business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating and executing Project Procurement Plans, supporting preconstruction, estimating, and proposal services, and providing functional direction and mentoring to procurement personnel.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement procurement strategies that meet company, department, and business unit goals and objectives
* Work closely with various suppliers to maintain effective relationships, negotiate contractual terms, and ensure appropriate risk mitigation
* Collaborate with design and construction teams to integrate procurement strategies with project plans
* Conduct financial, logistical, commercial, risk, and cost analysis to inform procurement decisions
* Manage and execute end-to-end commercial transaction cycles

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
* 8+ years of procurement/sourcing experience in manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, high tech, or construction environments
* Project management experience is desirable
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Good understanding of financials, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
