SalaryWe offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base pay, you will also receive daily earnings from the day before, ensuring that you get paid promptly for your work.
Job DescriptionYour role as a Shift Leader will involve predicting business flow during successful shifts, taking pride in knowing that your prowess as a leading Insomniac attributes to a productive and fun night for your store. You will be responsible for providing incredible customer service and quality products to all of our guests throughout their experience within our bakeries. This includes supporting store leadership, maintaining operations during your shift, communicating pertinent information, monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable to company standards and procedures, and assisting in the training and coaching of team members.
You will prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew team. Additionally, you will support and work alongside the Cookie Crew, provide a safe, clean, working environment for our guests and staff, adhere to safe food handling practices, and manage cash handling and deposits.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of working experience in a customer service-focused role. Your outstanding communication, time management, and people skills will be essential in this position. As a Shift Leader, you must be 18 years or older to be employed.
