Tartine Bakery - Manufactory SF, a renowned artisanal bread bakery in San Francisco's vibrant Market District, seeks an experienced Bar/Restaurant Manager to lead our bar operations and contribute to delivering exceptional hospitality. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the bar and serving staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain operational excellence.
  • Manage daily bar and dining room operations during service, including inventory control, supply orders, and stock management.
  • Create innovative drink menus that align with current trends and meet guest preferences.
  • Evaluate performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in bar and restaurant management within a full-service restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of craft and specialty cocktails, menu development, and food safety regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members positively.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
