  • Conduct variance analysis and contribute to budget formulation.

  • Oversee accounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies.
  • Help maintain precise inventory records and participate in periodic physical inventory counts.
  • Support cost accounting efforts, including tracking production expenses and analyzing variances.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
  • Maintain organized and current financial records and documentation.
  • Assist with audits by providing required documentation and support.
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Perform additional accounting-related tasks as directed by the finance manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. (Candidates with substantial work experience may also be considered)
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing context.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.
