Position Overview
As a vital member of our team at Melting Pot, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to our guests. Your role will involve a blend of creativity and efficiency, ensuring that every drink served meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests warmly and present them with beverage and food selections.
  • Offer insightful drink and food recommendations while addressing any inquiries.
  • Process orders from both guests and serving staff with accuracy.
  • Craft and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of drinks and food, maintaining a friendly and attentive demeanor.
  • Prepare garnishes and cut fruit as per drink specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar and in the lounge area.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests with professionalism.
  • Implement procedures to manage guest consumption responsibly.

Food Handler's card is required.
Aloha POS system knowledge is a plus.
Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
Capability to stand, walk, lift, twist, and bend for extended periods.
