Hollymead Veterinary Hospital, a leading general practice and urgent care hospital in Charlottesville, VA, is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative. This critical role serves as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional client services by demonstrating compassion and effective communication skills.

  • Managing appointment schedules with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Serving as the liaison between clients and our medical team to handle prescription refill requests and relay client questions.
  • Checking patients in and out, processing payments, and maintaining accurate patient and client information in our system.
  • Engaging with clients to promote the human-animal bond, maintaining positive relationships between clients and our hospital.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment in the lobby and entrance area.

The ideal candidate will have basic veterinary knowledge, proficiency in office software and equipment, and excellent written and oral communication skills. They should also be able to adapt and remain calm in stressful situations, available to work some weekend shifts, and possess a client-focused and compassionate attitude.
