Job Description

The Behavioral Support Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the overall well-being of our clients by providing support and guidance throughout their journey. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our experienced staff to deliver exceptional care and services tailored to each client's unique needs.

You will be responsible for assisting in the planning and implementation of daily activities, which may include group therapy sessions, recreational activities, and educational programs. Your primary focus will be on promoting healthy behaviors, coping strategies, and independence among our clients.

In addition to your duties, you will also be required to maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and any changes in their condition. This information will be used to inform future treatment plans and ensure the highest level of care possible.

Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs. A related degree or relevant experience is preferred, but not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.
