Job Summary
Matrix Project Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled HSE Director - Field Operations to join our team. As a key member of our safety department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and clients.

In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and administering project safety programs, conducting field audits, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. You will also assist in developing and implementing safety training programs, monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures, and participating in accident investigations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs to minimize risks and ensure compliance
- Conduct regular field audits to identify hazards and develop corrective action plans
- Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to ensure safe working conditions
- Develop and deliver safety training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in safety management, with a minimum of 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
