Key Responsibilities- Perform initial evaluations to assess the effectiveness of prescribed therapies
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to medication therapy
- Evaluate signs and symptoms related to disease processes and make recommendations for modifying drug therapy
- Review patient records for potential drug interactions and allergies
- Provide counseling and answer questions concerning drug therapy
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Identify and resolve medication-related problems and issues
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, regulatory agencies, and Fairview Pharmacy Services Policy and Procedures
- B.S. Degree or Pharm. D. in Pharmacy from an accredited school of pharmacy
- One to three years of practicing pharmacist experience in a community setting
- Current Minnesota Pharmacy License
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the English language
- Good attention to detail
