Manufacturing Specialist

The Manufacturing Associate will work in a dynamic production environment supporting development, clinical, and launch activities. Under general supervision, the employee will perform operations in the Manufacturing area, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on operations, including set-up, cleaning, and sanitization of various manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct 100% manual inspection per defined manufacturing procedures (MPs) and SOPs.
- Test drug product in-process/release samples per defined methods and SOPs.
- Follow GMP documents (SOPs, MPs) with strict adherence to safety and compliance.
- Perform and monitor critical processes with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
- Perform in-process sampling of equipment and operate analytical equipment.
- Perform inspection activities of filled containers.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Work in a GMP room environment, wearing full clean room gowning, hairnet, and gloves when performing all work.
- Initiate quality reports.
- Draft and revise documents (SOPs, MPs).
- Identify, recommend, and implement improvements related to routine functions.
- Assist in the review of documentation for assigned functions (equipment logs, batch records).
- Perform activities that include periods of rigorous, repetitive work.
- Work around high-pressure systems and occasionally work around heavy equipment.
