Responsibilities- Deliver patient care requiring advanced skills and judgment in the Emergency Department setting, as directed by the Nursing Operations manager or their designee.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Current certification as a Paramedic (PMD) in the State of Florida, renewed every 2 years.
- Maintains current BLS/Healthcare provider certification for healthcare providers.
- Maintains current ACLS certification.
- Must obtain and maintain PALS certification within one year of hire.
