Job Summary:

As a key member of our Behavioral Health team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a small group or program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services. This role requires strong leadership and administrative skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with staff and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Lead and manage a team of mental health professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as applied behavioral science or a related field.
  • Minimum two years of post-licensure experience in a psychiatric treatment team setting, with a focus on outpatient services.
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) required at hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of state regulations and industry standards related to ethics, treatment, patient rights, and confidentiality.
  • Experience working in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
Work Environment:

This role is based in Walnut Creek, California, and requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
