**Job Summary:**

The Premier Health organization is seeking a highly skilled Central Sterile Tech to join our team. As an Instrumentation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper cleaning, inspection, and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment.

This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of instrumentation and medical terminology, as well as experience with complex equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Decontamination, inspection, maintenance, assembly, packaging, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instrumentation, equipment, and supplies
* Operation and maintenance of complex equipment
* Knowledge of general instrumentation and medical terminology
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
* Basic computer skills required

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* High school completion or equivalent required; 1-year sterile processing experience preferred
* Knowledge of hospital setting, infection control, and medical terminology highly desired
* Computer skills and experience preferred
