Job Description:
As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in our production processes, ensuring high-quality standards and smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include performing various production tasks, inspecting equipment and processes, participating in training programs, documenting production data, collaborating with team members and supervisors, and following safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus
• Proven work history in production or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with welding (Mig) and blueprint reading is a plus
• Proficiency with heavy equipment (crane, forklift, etc.)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
