This includes performing watches/tours of the Central Plant equipment and responding to mechanical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain building operations systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
  • Respond to mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed
  • Conduct watches/tours of the Central Plant equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical operations or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of building operations systems and mechanical equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
