Job Summary

As a skilled Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating plant machinery in a safe and efficient manner to produce high-quality products. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate plant machinery as directed, adhering to all safety policies and procedures
  • Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements
  • Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
  • Fill material bins as needed to meet daily production schedules
  • Receive and process bulk truckloads of aggregates from outside carriers
  • Operate a front-end loader to fill bulk material silos

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or one to six months of related experience in trades specific to job requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating manuals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
